Yenikapi Dormitory

This area in Yenikapı is a very special place with its location close to transportation means and its neighborhood culture. We designed a dormitory here so that students can benefit from the opportunities of this location. This dormitory completely fits the texture of the neighborhood next to it and provides new public spaces that the neighborhood can use. The most important of these areas is the garden. Due to the low plant density in the sur­rounding area, it is very important to provide green areas in this area. These green areas also provide a buffer to noise and privacy problems from the environment.
