Shish Kebab Cooker

The shish kebab dish, one of the rich dishes of Anatolian cuisine, was turned into a home-style machine in this project, both by technically adhering to the traditional cooking and consumption method and by blending it with other mosaics of Turkish culture for the shell design. A motif frequently used in the Ottoman and Turkish world was examined and came to life in the structure design of the machine.
