 The project area is located on the Ragıp Gümüşpala street in the coastal part of Eminönü. In line with the researches, the lack of living space in this region was noticed. So that, it was decided to transform a part of the mansion into a pier, which will include the seating units and be connected to the sea. While the pavilion design continues with a modular flow from the sea to the main road, it is designed to interact with the trees in the area and becomes a bus stop on the street side.
