LUMINESCERENDE
- interiorarchitecture
This disease, called "Luminescerende", is caused by bioluminescent organisms living in the deep sea. It occurs when a parasite called Abysso-viridis Luminis is transmitted to humans through unconscious hunting and experimental seafood farming. The disease physically causes shiny spots on the skin, a feeling of coldness, and skin damage that increases over time. Mental symptoms include nocturnal sensory sensitivity, hallucinations, and paranoia. The disease is usually transmitted from raw or undercooked seafood. As treatments, drugs targeting the bioluminescent mechanism, genetic engineering solutions and treatments that suppress the parasite are being studied.
