In the Designing Urban Culinary Spaces and Gastronomic Experience studio, it is aimed to adaptive reuse Galata Ticaret Han as a restaurant, as well as to assign a concept-related function to the Ticaret Han and to construct a future urban scenario. If, is a restaurant, cafe & bar project that aims to be an interface between the past and the future, and presents traditional Turkish food in an experimental way.
