Grow-Box is an urban farm building within the neighborhood of Kadiköy. Targeting the high school nearby, this project aims to fulfill the needs of food of the high school by reusing wastes from the Pazar and the stream as a water source to grow crops. The design concept of using the cube is where the flexibility of increasing and decreasing spatial qualities within the building comes. A 3-dimensional frame (Cube) allows easy construction and dismantling of frames. Depending on the increase or decrease of the population of the target the building’s production can adopt.
