Digital Ebru: Modernizing a Cultural Heritage

We explored water marbling in the IND305 Advanced Materials and Digital Manufacturing course by recreating the process on CNC. Inspired by the hyacinth, a key symbol of ebru, we combined six designs using colors like purple, turquoise, fuchsia, blue, and green, reflecting the flower’s vibrant tones.
