Big Trio Tavern

A modern design inspired by the common architectural elements of the Ottoman, Byzantine and Genoese, which had the greatest impact on Istanbul, for the project of transforming the Beyoğlu Ticaret Hanı into a restaurant, and the historical Istanbul cuisine concept, which was created with a mixture of the cuisines of these empires.
