Anatolian cuisine is an important part of Turkish culture. Legume dishes are very popular in this cuisine. BAGİ, which was created to encourage people to use legumes from a different perspective, makes it easier to make legume flour. With the precautions brought by Covid-19, people started to cook at home and paid more attention to healthy nutrition. Therefore, legumes, which are rich in protein and gluten-free, are gaining importance.
