An Elevated Collective Event: Coexistence, Movement, Shelter

  • architecture

In this studio, students focused on small-scale urban voids in Tahtakale—each no larger than the volume of a bus. By closely observing the site and analyzing abstract patterns of movement, they uncovered and interpreted unique exchange processes taking place in these spaces. These findings were then translated into architectural interventions that thoughtfully respond to both the physical context and the surrounding social dynamics.
